When the Association for European Transport approached us to help promote their European Transport Conference in 2011, we were delighted. But hang on, only 8 weeks until the event and they need to sell how many delegate places? No problem.
We got stuck in to create a targeted email campaign, advertising, signage, booking forms, brochures and badges. We’re happy to report that AET has commissioned Identity Studio to support this annual event ever since.
We work with the conference management team and changing venue each year to improve the delegates’ experience of this specialist event. The mini guides (à la Glastonbury Festival) were our favourite addition and the delegates loved ’em!
